    Support us in the production of milling tools and train to become a precision toolmaker (m/f/d). Hachenbach Präzisionswerkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG, based in Ehringshausen, has been manufacturing high-performance milling cutters for industrial use for over 75 years. With modern tool grinding machines and a staff of specialized employees, we supply our customers with cutting tools of exceptionally high and consistent quality. In order to further strengthen our team and our market position, we are looking for a trainee precision tool mechanic (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

    What you can expect:
    • Your apprenticeship starts on September 01, 2026
    • You set up and set up CNC tool grinding machines.
    • You ensure quality and measure on modern measuring machines.
    • You monitor the machining processes and maintain the CNC machines.
    • During your 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will attend a vocational school alongside your work placement. In the first year, lessons take place at the nearest vocational school in a basic metalworking class. From the 2nd to the 4th year, lessons take place at the country’s only school-based training centre in Bad Neustadt/Saale (Bavaria). We will arrange your accommodation. Lessons take place in blocks, usually in 6 blocks of 2–3 weeks each.
    What you should bring with you:
    • A good secondary school leaving certificate
    • Technical understanding and manual skills
    • Interest in a career in metalworking
    • A good knowledge of mathematics and physics
    • Accurate, careful and reliable way of working and sense of responsibility
    • A quick grasp
    • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
